What we handle
Tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll are the core of the practice. Arizona TPT filings and IRS notice response are there when you need them.
Tax preparation
Individual returns, Schedule C and E, S-corps and partnerships. Prepared, reviewed and e-filed by a licensed CPA.
Bookkeeping
Monthly close and clean, reconciled records, so filing season is a formality instead of an excavation.
Payroll
Pay runs, quarterly filings, and year-end W-2s and 1099s, with deposits made on schedule.
Arizona TPT
Transaction privilege tax registration and filings, including the city-by-city rates that catch out-of-state help.
IRS notices
A letter arrived and you would rather not read it twice. A CPA can respond and represent you directly.
How the practice works
This is a deliberately small practice. The person you speak with is the person preparing your return, and the work is not handed off to seasonal staff. That puts a real ceiling on how many clients it can take, which is the point.
Most engagements start with a free twenty-minute call. If what you need is outside what this practice does, you will be told that on the call rather than three weeks later.
Industry experience
Experience includes restaurants and multi-unit hospitality, professional services, and real estate. That matters most when tip reporting, city-level TPT, or thin margins are part of the picture.
What this practice does not do
- Audits, reviews and compilations
- Trust and estate returns (Form 1041)
If you need one of these, say so on the call and you will get a referral rather than a stretch.
Let's find out if we're a fit.
Twenty minutes, no charge. Bring last year's return and your questions, and you'll leave knowing what the work involves and roughly what it costs.
